Specialized Volunteer Opportunity: Help Us Set Boundaries on the Trail

As many of you are aware, we're nearing the end of the rail salvage process from Banks to the Williams Creek Trestle. This exciting milestone brings us to the next phase, which calls for a bit more technical and specialized volunteer effort than our usual gatherings.

We're assembling volunteer work parties to install fencing along the trail. This isn't just about setting boundaries; it's a signal to the public that progress is underway, and it's also a reminder that the trail isn't quite ready for visitors.

We're planning to hit the ground at 10 am on Thursday, November 30th, and at 9 am on Saturday, December 2nd. Please bring a safety vest (if available) and sturdy boots—steel-toed are preferred, but your best durable boots will do if steel-toed aren't available. Your safety is as important to us as the work we're doing — for that reason, these events will be pet and minor free.
